But it did not always run smoothly. Because often the case, he had to scramble to the big sellers of honey that damage the market, who buy honey with a high price to the artisans of climb, and then sell the honey to the State singapore. According to Candra, before the honey is packaged, processed first. According to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI), the honey water level should be 18 percent. Meanwhile, a new honey taken from the nest contains about 26 percent water content, so the water level should be reduced. The process of reducing its water content it takes about four days, because they still use traditional ways.
